Andarza Law Office

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated October 6, 2026

1. Contacting the office

These terms cover use of the Andarza Law Office website contact form. The form lets you send an inquiry and provide contact details the office can use to respond. It does not sell a product, collect a payment, or establish the fees or scope of legal representation.

2. Sending an inquiry

Submitting a message asks the office to consider your inquiry. Submission alone does not mean a lawyer has reviewed your message, agreed to represent you, or undertaken work on your matter. Any agreement about representation is handled separately with the office.

A successful send status means the outgoing mail service accepted the encrypted message. It does not confirm inbox placement, that the message has been read, or that the office will respond within a particular time.

3. Time-sensitive matters

Do not rely on the contact form to meet a filing deadline, request immediate action, or communicate an emergency. Sending a message does not extend a deadline. For a time-sensitive inquiry, call the office at 512-322-9800 and confirm whether a lawyer can assist.

4. Confidentiality and privacy

Information shared by a prospective client may carry confidentiality obligations even when representation does not follow. These terms do not waive duties imposed on the office by applicable law or professional ethics rules.

The form encrypts its contents before submission. Information handling, service providers, and the limits of that protection are explained in the Privacy Policy. This protection does not automatically extend to replies sent through ordinary email or to other communication channels.

5. Appropriate use

Use the form for a genuine inquiry. Do not use it to send spam, impersonate another person, transmit malicious material, or interfere with the website. Requests that exceed the website’s technical limits or abuse protections may not be accepted.

6. Availability and questions

Internet connections and email services can be delayed or unavailable. If a submission fails or you need to confirm that your inquiry reached the office, call 512-322-9800. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
